What to write to us about

• Corrections. If a detail in an entry is wrong or out of date, tell us which hotel and what has changed.
• Closures and changes. If a listed hotel has closed, rebranded or stopped operating in its category, we want to know.
• Suggestions. You can propose a hotel for one of the four categories. We read every suggestion; we cannot promise to add it.
• Questions about this site, its content or our privacy policy.

What we cannot help with

We do not take bookings, hold rooms, process payments or handle cancellations. We have no access to any hotel's reservation system. For anything about a stay, contact the hotel directly through its own website.

Hotels and their representatives may write to correct facts. Paid placement is not available, and messages offering it will go unanswered.

Replies

We aim to answer within a few working days. Corrections that check out are made as soon as we have confirmed them.
